Grace Clinic® now offers specialized care to seniors, through office-based primary care and geriatric consultation services. Our goal is to maintain and improve the health, independence and dignity of elderly patients by providing expert and high-quality care through our board certified geriatrician. Geriatricians are trained to distinguish between the normal aging process and a true disease process, thus providing individualized care for each patient.

In our Senior Care Center, elderly patients are given more attention and time, given their particular needs. A comprehensive geriatric evaluation involves detailed history taking, which helps us understand not only their medical issues, but also learn about their social, psychological and economic situations. Our senior-friendly exam rooms are easily accessible from the parking lot and are equipped with low exam tables that are effortless to navigate. Family members involved in caregiving are encouraged to accompany their loved ones to appointments and are provided with any necessary resources, as needed.

In addition to providing prescription medications, our management also includes education and exceptional support services to both the patient and their family members. We collaborate with specialists, nurse practitioners, neuropsychologists, physical therapists, social workers, occupational therapists, pharmacists and many more, in order to provide a comprehensive care experience.
